Lifestyles for Ladies Only is a fitness/wellness business that has been serving women since 1994 in Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio. Our clubs provide a safe environment that is fun and comfortable. Over the years we listen to our clients ideas and suggestions regarding their needs and desires and then work to satisfy them. One of those ideas was to further develop the sense of community with our Lifestyles Ladies (members & employees) by creating mechanisms to better share information regarding health and fitness, personal experiences, and encouragement.
